Our client—an innovative Workforce Technology firm serving over 100,000 healthcare professionals across 4,000+ facilities in all 50 states—is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the charge in brand positioning, content development, influencer strategy, and growth marketing across their core software solutions. These include Nurse Scheduling Software, Physician Compensation Solutions, Provider Contract Management, and more.

Recently backed by one of the nation’s leading Private Equity firms focused on healthcare SaaS, this organization is entering a new phase of expansion and innovation. This executive marketing role is critical to their next chapter—and must be based on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, content, and lead generation.

  • Own the full-funnel marketing strategy—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-funnel conversion.

  • Develop and execute demand generation and sales enablement campaigns aligned with strategic revenue goals.

  • Spearhead a national influencer and brand strategy, positioning the company as a thought leader in workforce healthcare software.

  • Build scalable marketing programs using HubSpot, Salesforce, and best-in-class CRM and CMS platforms.

  • Partner closely with the CRO, CEO, and Product teams to align messaging with the customer journey and product roadmap.

  • Optimize performance across paid media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.

  • Manage and evaluate external marketing agencies to ensure strategic alignment and ROI.


Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally at the VP level.

  • Proven success scaling marketing operations in healthcare software or healthtech organizations.

  • Experience driving double-digit growth through strategic, data-driven campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider market (e.g., hospitals, medical groups, long-term care).

  • Expertise in Workforce Management, Nurse Scheduling, or Provider Compensation platforms a major plus.

  • MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

  • A strategic executor—equal parts visionary and doer—with a storytelling mindset that prioritizes the customer’s needs.

  • Deep familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Exceptional agency management and cross-functional leadership skills.
