Are you passionate about driving sales and shaping the future of mobility? Our client is seeking a General Manager US, Senior Sales Manager to spearhead the adoption of their Virtual Sensor technology among automotive OEMs and Tier 1 clients across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy for the US market, focusing on revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs and Tier 1 companies, driving commercial negotiations and contract closures.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s US footprint and collaborate with the CEO, CRO, and Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide market insights to shape product development and sales strategies.

About You:

  • Education: Master’s degree in business or engineering.
  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales with a track record in selling software/high-tech solutions to OEMs.
  • Network: Strong connections within the automotive industry, particularly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the Americas.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; a self-motivated, results-driven leader.
