We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President of Omni-Channel Marketing to lead our Marketing, Data, and Digital Strategy teams, driving modernization and scalability to maximize our impact.

Job Overview: The Vice President of Omni-Channel Marketing will be a key player in modernizing our Clients marketing and community-building strategies, applying for-profit practices to grow and scale our clients reach. Leading the Marketing, Digital Technology, and Data Strategy teams, the VP Marketing will focus on donor and community growth and engagement while enhancing internal efficiencies and effectiveness. We are seeking a candidate with a passion for diverse cross-functional teams, a collaborative and ownership-focused leadership style, and a proven track record in driving successful donor and community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Strategy:
    • Lead and bring to life the Marketing, Data, and Digital Strategy teams to maximize impact and reach.
    • Implement for-profit practices to drive growth and scale.
  2. Audience-First Strategies:
    • Develop and execute audience-first strategies integrated across commercial and not-for-profit channels.
    • Launch breakthrough innovations to achieve high-impact marketing.
  3. Team Management and Development:
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ full-channel marketers.
    • Assess team performance, foster collaboration, and drive professional development.
  4. Donor and Community Engagement:
    • Drive strategies for donor and community growth and engagement.
    • Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, providing essential support for fundraising efforts.
  5. Brand Development and External Relations:
    • Own branding efforts to position our client as a leader and authority in positive impact causes.
    • Act as External Relations for our client in the community, driving opinion and leadership stance.
  6. Strategic Vision and Social Impact:
    • Actively participate in setting the future vision of the brand and developing community equity.
    • Leverage skills and expertise to help the organization achieve goals and create positive social change.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
    • 10+ years of similar omni-channel marketing experience with direct reports of 10+ marketers.
    • Proven success in product marketing, product management, brand development, demand generation, content marketing, press and analyst relations, and marketing analytics.
  2. Fundraising Support:
    • Past experience supporting fundraising efforts as a right hand to the Head of Philanthropy.
  3. Passion and Expertise:
    • Passion for positive impact causes and expertise in leveraging marketing for social change.
