Base $175k plus 0-25% bonus

About the role:

We are seeking Director of Marketing who can help us bring our client’s lead
generation to the next level. You’d be responsible for marketing strategy and execution, external
agency management, website, and channel implementation with a focus on increasing inbound
leads to the business.

You ideally have a background in the industrial services space and understand the unique needs of our clients commercial and residential prospects. You like to get into the weeds with data and execution,
but you also can see the bigger picture and grow our brand awareness.
You’re collaborative, resourceful, and communicative, and you create and promote an open,
positive working environment built on constructive feedback and a “get things done” attitude.
You’re curious and adaptable, and you “get” the market our client serves.

Responsibilities of the role:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategy serving
commercial and residential prospects, with special attention to scalable growth in
demand generation, acquisition, awareness, and engagement of our core audiences.
Inbound Marketing Execution: Plan and execute campaigns in earned, owned, and paid
media including PR, social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEM, SEO, trade
media and events. Manage and allocate spend based on performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales team to grow leads and
opportunities. Collaborate with leaders to target, engage, and convert commercial and
residential prospects.
Agency Management: Manage and provide strategic input to external agencies engaged
in website design and development, paid media and creative; and hold them
accountable to strategy, execution, quality, and KPIs.

Attribution, Data & Analytics: Translate spend, impressions and leads to revenue, and
build performance narratives using KPIs like CAC, CPL, channel conversion growth,
revenue contribution, and budget pacing. Apply learnings to marketing strategy.

ABOUT YOU:

Marketing Expertise: You’re a growth marketer by trade and have a record of success,
ideally in industrial services or a related industry. While we think experience is best measured in
impact and record, you ideally would have at least 8 years of experience in growth
marketing roles.

 Demand Generation Specialization: Demand generation—especially digital
advertising—is in your DNA. You’re an expert in at least one digital platform or skillset,
and you’ve also implemented offline tactics to drive awareness and demand.
 Customer Focus: Everything you do is driven by the needs of commercial and residential
customers. You routinely read reviews to understand voice of the customer and
translate those learnings into creative, messaging, and channel strategy.
 Data-Driven Thinking: You are numbers-obsessed. Behind the numbers, you see
prospect behavior, customer behavior and business performance. You know what
infrastructure is needed to successfully track and measure performance, and you can
collaborate with the right teams to get it in place.
 Strategic Execution: You’re business-focused and strategic in every marketing initiative.
You’re able to succinctly tie growth marketing strategy to overall organizational strategy,
and you communicate your insights clearly across teams.
