The company manufactures both traditional hood systems as well as portable, ventless hoods. The company also manufactures custom fabrication.  Our client has a  full range of ventilation systems, as well as a line of custom fabrication, are sold through its subsidiary direct sales arm. The company also distributes products by utilizing a robust e-commerce strategy through sites such as WebstaurantStore, Amazon and E-Bay.

Job Description:

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Digital Marketing Leader will oversee the planning, execution and optimization of our digital E-commerce and online marketing efforts.   The promotion and sale of products through digital channels and ecommerce sets them apart from the competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and formulate digital strategies to build and engage a lasting customer engagement and first class experience
  • Launch optimized online advertisements and budget to increase company sales and brand awareness
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content for all facets of lead generation (e.g. website, email, blogs, videos, SMS, chat bot, live chat, press releases, and podcasts)
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts (KPIs, ROAS, ROI, etc…) using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought, leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Oversee all website, Ecommerce, and CRM updates
  • Plan, design, and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Leader or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google AdWords, Bing, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Experience with developing and managing ecommerce websites
  • Familiarity with web design, content management systems, and CRMs
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Bing, Tableau, etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Excellent analytical, project management and critical thinking skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication (verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills
  • BS/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
