Overview
Our private equity firm portfolio company, a leading force in the industrial services industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to build and execute cutting-edge digital capabilities. This is a full-time, remote role targeting candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
Must Have’s-
- Industrial services industry marketing,
- Full stack digital marketing experience, set-up, execution, measurement and optimization,
- ability to reach localized markets with a specific focus on the VSMB & SMB target segments
- Past experience partnering extensively with National industrial services industry Sales Teams to build multi-channel marketing campaigns,
- Solid, similar examples working in the industrial services industry space as a marketing lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Digital Marketing Capabilities: Lead initiatives in web design/SEO, paid media, and marketing automation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Marketing Sales Support: Drive sales-attached marketing campaigns, optimizing lead generation and sales enablement strategies.
- Localized Program Development: Create targeted marketing programs for national field services and sales teams, catering to VSMBs and SMBs.
- MarTech Expertise: Oversee the installation, optimization, and training for tools like HubSpot, empowering a national sales team of 40+ field business development agents.
- Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work directly with the SVP of Sales to align marketing initiatives with overarching business development goals.
- Team Training: Train sales teams on tool usage and digital strategies to ensure widespread adoption and success.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the marketing for industrial services sector, with a strong understanding of localized marketing for field-based teams.
- Digital Marketing Prowess: In-depth knowledge of MarTech systems, sales-attached marketing, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies targeting VSMB and SMB audiences.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with national sales teams and aligning marketing strategies to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role, preferably as the first marketing leader in a high-growth organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $190,000 – $220,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Bonus & Equity Opportunities: Significant upside potential aligned with company growth.
- Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the EST zone with periodic in-person collaboration as needed.
