Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Account Executive to focus on new logo acquisition across enterprise and upper mid-market organizations. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-focused role where you will identify, engage, and convert senior marketing decision makers—primarily CMOs, Heads of Growth, Chief Digital Officers, and Marketing Operations Executives.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years of progressive new business sales success in one or more of the following spaces:
MarTech SaaS, Data-Driven Marketing Services, Digital Media, CDP, Analytics/BI, AI/ML Marketing Automation, CRM/ESP, Personalization, or Customer Data/Addressability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full new business sales cycle from prospecting to close (hunter role).
  • Build, develop, and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise prospects.
  • Engage executive-level marketers and revenue leaders to diagnose challenges and present solutions tied to measurable ROI.
  • Translate complex AI, data, and marketing concepts into clear, compelling business value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solutions, Marketing, and Product Teams to craft compelling strategic proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, structure deals, and drive contracts to completion.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and logo acquisition targets.
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of progressive new business sales success selling enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven track record selling into CMOs, Heads of Digital, Customer Experience, and Marketing Analytics.
  • Experience in one or more of the following required:
    CRM, Email Marketing / ESP, CDP, Analytics, Data Platforms, Performance Marketing, Marketing-as-a-Service, AI Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or Omnichannel Media.
  • Comfortable translating technology, data, and marketing concepts into business results.
  • Strong consultative selling, storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated by creating new revenue—not maintaining accounts.
