Our client is a major, global advertising firm with offices and clients all over the country. We are looking for an experience Director of Production. Candidates must have advertising agency experience. This is a fully integrated position that requires candidate who can do everything from implementing new clients on board to developing internal processes to managing the development & production of multiple advertising projects at a time.

The Director will be extremely client facing. We really want a true collaborator who understands every piece of integrated production and can add value day one. This Director will take the reigns of all projects internally on day one. They will make all efforts to improve efficiencies and develop best practices for campaign production.

The Director will be an active Lead in agency management, Team Leadership, mentoring mid-level Traffic and Production Managers and develop reporting systems that help optimize processes.

About you:

– A minimum of 7+ years in a Production role while working within an advertising agency

-A full understanding and experience within producing hi-levels of campaigns for a hi-volume client (retail would be great)

– Someone who has developed reporting structures to help optimize the production process

– Past client facing and collaboration experience is a must have
