OVERVIEW:

Our Client, a leading financial services firm located North of Boston is looking for a Data Analytics Director. This person will measure and analyze marketing communications across all channels to optimize spend. The will develop, test and deploy predictive models to inform marketing, advertising, sales, product and operational decisions; mine customer and research data to refine and deepen consumer segments. Document approach for application across the organization. The Director will formulate recommendations, and effectively present/communicate the results to non-analytic audiences.

ABOUT YOU:

5+ years of demonstrated business experience in marketing analytics, developing campaign management and response predictive models.

Candidates must have a sound mix of analytics, business acumen and project leadership

Experience working in a regulated industry with confidential customer data such as finance or healthcare preferred.

Fluent in SQL or similar relational database tools for large dataset extraction and manipulation; experience working with external data sets and 3rd party providers
