Manager, Direct Marketing Customer Programs

The Manager, Direct Marketing Customer Programs will serve as both a strategic and tactical manager responsible for the development, launch, and measurement of all print, digital, web and social media marketing outreach to support customer acquisition and retention services team.

Candidates need to have past experience and a solid understanding within direct mail/email/digital marketing program components including segmentation, creative development, data hygiene, manual/automated list generation, print production/email delivery, and similar.

This position will manage campaign performance analysis in order to compare budget vs. actual results, package report testing results and revenue reporting.  The Manager, Direct Marketing Customer Programs will work with 3rd party partners, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders to gain input/perspective to inform marketing programs.
