Director of Growth Job Description-Luxury, High Ticket Goods
OVERVIEW –
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to lead all aspects of growth marketing. This role will be responsible for full-funnel marketing from awareness and
education to conversion and retention.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll craft and execute a best-in-class growth strategy that hits and exceeds revenue targets while maximizing efficiency. We need a leader with deep expertise in channel strategy, campaign structure, creative production, landing page design, website conversion, and performance analysis to drive higher conversion at each step of the funnel.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with direct experience selling DTC, luxury, high-AOV, long consideration products, and understands the lifestyle, needs, and psychology of customers.
What You’ll Do-
● Develop & Execute Growth Strategy – Build and lead a holistic growth plan to drive profitable
acquisition, conversion, and retention across the entire funnel.
● Own Contribution Margin – Make contribution margin your north star, balancing aggressive
revenue growth with ruthless operational efficiency.
● Run Performance Marketing – Lead all paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google,

● Fuel Organic Growth – Partner with content, SEO, and PR to amplify earned reach, authority,

● Own Offers & Calendar – Craft high-impact promotions and manage the deal calendar to drive
urgency and excitement while hitting margin goals.
● Make Data Your Weapon – Use tools like GA, Hotjar, and Looker to track KPIs, run attribution
analysis, and turn insights into results.
● Build & Align the Team – Hire, mentor, and lead a cross-functional growth crew while partnering
closely with Product, Sales, and CX to align efforts.
Who You Are-
● Seasoned Growth Leader – 8+ years in DTC growth marketing, including 3+ years managing
teams and driving results in fast-paced environments in the luxury, longer decision making sales process for high ticket, luxury DTC goods.
● Strategic Operator – You’ve owned contribution margin as a KPI, scaling revenue efficiently with a sharp eye on the P&L.
● Performance-Driven & Creative – Equal parts quant and creative, you combine sharp analytics
with bold storytelling to drive performance.
● Experience in High-AOV DTC – You’ve scaled and understand premium products with long
sales cycles (ideally $5K+) and know how to sell through hesitation.
● Paid Social Powerhouse – You’re fluent in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, from campaign structure to testing frameworks to optimization for ROAS.
● Conversion Architect – You’ve built and tested landing pages with precision, tying together ad
creative, user intent, and attribution for seamless performance.
● Retention-Focused Marketer – You’ve designed effective email and SMS programs that deepen
loyalty and extend customer lifetime value.
● Creative-Led Mindset – You believe great ads start with great creative and have a proven eye
for what captures attention and drives action.
