VP/SVP of Demand Generation

The VP/SVP of Demand Generation will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all programs that drive pipeline growth, new customer acquisition, and revenue acceleration. This leader will own full-funnel performance across inbound, outbound, paid media, content, ABM, and field marketing, ensuring seamless alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. They will be both strategic and hands-on—building scalable demand frameworks, leveraging data and insights to drive decisions, and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers measurable results.

  4. Lead and mentor a growing team of demand, growth, and marketing operations professionals.
  5. Optimize MarTech stack to enable personalization, automation, and ABM-based engagement at scale.
  6. Continuously test, learn, and refine tactics to maximize ROI and fuel organizational growth.
