  3. Develop core sales playbooks, KPIs, territory plans, and performance dashboards.
  4. Partner with Marketing to align demand generation and lead qualification processes.
  5. Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on measurable growth.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform pricing and go-to-market decisions.
