About the Role
Senior Account Executive – Performance Media & Growth
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own new business development across SMB and mid-market DTC brands ($10M–$150M in revenue) seeking profitable growth through performance media, creator-led commerce, and data-driven marketing strategies.
You’ll operate as a strategic growth consultant, engaging founders, CMOs, and eCommerce leaders to diagnose growth challenges and design solutions in close partnership with strategy, media, creative, and analytics teams. This is a transparent, value-driven sales environment—focused on long-term partnerships, not transactional wins.
Your success directly fuels the firm’s growth and market expansion. This role is ideal for a high-performing agency sales professional who thrives in complex conversations and wants to sell real outcomes, not buzzwords.
What You’ll Do

Identify, engage, and close high-potential DTC and eCommerce brands

Build and manage a robust new-business pipeline with autonomy

Lead consultative sales conversations centered on profitability, attribution, and growth efficiency

Develop compelling proposals and narratives aligned to each brand’s goals

Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, performance-driven solutions

Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

A proven hunter with a track record of sourcing and closing new business

Comfortable operating independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders

Highly emotionally intelligent and trusted by founders and marketing leaders

Data-literate and confident discussing performance metrics and ROI

Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential

Seen as a trusted advisor, not a transactional salesperson
You Bring
-
7+ years of consultative sales experience in digital media, performance marketing, creator commerce, or agency services
-
A history of delivering $1M+ in annual new-business revenue

Experience selling into DTC and eCommerce brands
-
Working knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and creator/affiliate ecosystems (or the ability to ramp quickly)

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Excellent presentation, storytelling, and written communication abilities

High integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
