The Opportunity

We are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing, Private Equity–backed, founder-led education organization located one hour south of Austin, TX. The firm is in a major growth phase and expanding nationally across multiple markets.

They are seeking a Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing to architect and scale a full-funnel, revenue-driven growth engine focused on enrollment and market expansion across Texas and new national regions.

This is a hands-on, builder role for a senior marketing leader who thrives in small, high-impact environments, enjoys working closely with founders and PE partners, and wants a true seat at the table driving enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the full-funnel digital performance marketing strategy tied directly to enrollment, revenue, and growth targets

  • Lead acquisition, lifecycle, and retention strategies across paid, organic, and performance channels

  • Drive market entry and geographic expansion across Texas and nationally

  • Manage and optimize a $1M+ performance marketing budget across digital channels

  • Build a multi-location growth engine across online and offline conversion paths

  • Partner directly with the Founder, Executive Team, and Private Equity stakeholders

  • Develop growth forecasts, attribution models, CAC/LTV frameworks, and ROI dashboards

  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing internal marketing team

  • Continually test, optimize, and innovate across channels, messaging, and conversion paths


Ideal Background

  • 12+ years in performance, growth, or digital marketing leadership roles

  • Experience scaling multi-site, multi-market, enrollment-driven businesses

  • Strong background in organic and paid growth in companies under 200 FTEs

  • Proven success in PE-backed, founder-led, or high-growth environments

  • Deep experience with full-funnel performance marketing and revenue accountability

  • Comfortable building while also operating hands-on

  • Passion for education, mission-driven organizations, and community impact

  • Data-driven, ideation-oriented, and highly collaborative leadership style
