Senior Vice President, Performance Marketing

Reports into a CMO – This is not a CMO role yet, very senior, seat at the table marketing growth ownership focused.

We are exclusively retained by a global cloud-based software company to recruit a Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing to lead and scale a global, revenue-driven marketing engine across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

This is a career-defining leadership role for a Boston-area or relocation-ready Head of Performance Marketing, VP Demand Generation, or global growth leader who has built enterprise-grade pipeline and revenue engines inside a SaaS, cloud, MarTech, or AI-driven platform company.

If you have led global campaign performance, attribution, ABM, digital, and revenue operations inside a cloud software organization and want true P&L ownership over growth, this is that seat.


What You Will Own

  • Global performance marketing strategy and execution across paid media, ABM, web, lifecycle, field, and AI-powered channels

  • Marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue, and conversion performance across enterprise buying groups

  • Global attribution models, Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and executive dashboards

  • Cloud-based web, CMS, SEO, personalization, and AI platforms as revenue engines

  • Multi-region GTM campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC

  • A high-performance global performance marketing team


Who This Role Is Built For

You are currently (or recently) a:

  • VP / Head of Performance Marketing

  • VP Demand Generation

  • Global Growth or Digital Revenue Leader

  • Marketing Performance & Revenue Marketing Executive

inside a large cloud-based software, SaaS, MarTech, or enterprise technology company — and you have personally owned:

  • Global campaign performance

  • Marketing-sourced pipeline

  • Attribution, CAC, LTV, and revenue reporting

  • Salesforce-driven GTM infrastructure


Location

📍 Boston, MA strongly preferred
Relocation to the Boston area is highly desired for candidates not already local.
East Coast based with monthly global travel.
