A fast-growing multi-state luxury foods retailer is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the company’s first centralized marketing function and drive the next phase of brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.

This is a unique opportunity for a deeply data-driven marketing executive with proven success in luxury retail, premium consumer brands, and eCommerce marketing. Reporting directly to the C-Suite leadership team, the VP of Marketing will build the company’s marketing strategy from the ground up while developing highly targeted, performance-based campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, accelerate eCommerce revenue, and drive in-store traffic across multiple retail locations.

This role requires a hands-on, strategic marketing leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment and understands how to combine customer insights, data analytics, and segmentation strategies to deliver measurable business impact.

The Opportunity

The Vice President of Marketing will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and execute a modern, data-driven marketing strategy across all channels. This leader will build the company’s marketing infrastructure, create sophisticated customer segmentation strategies, and deploy performance marketing campaigns that increase both digital revenue and retail store traffic.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience within luxury retail marketing, premium consumer brands, or specialty foods retail, and understands how to translate brand storytelling into measurable revenue growth through digital and retail marketing programs.


Key Responsibilities

Build and Lead Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy for a growing luxury foods retail brand

  • Build the company’s first data-driven marketing infrastructure and performance marketing engine

  • Drive brand awareness and market expansion across multiple geographic regions

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead high-performance digital marketing campaigns across paid media, search, social, email, and CRM

  • Design sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to optimize acquisition and retention

  • Implement data-driven campaign testing and optimization to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value

eCommerce & Retail Traffic Growth

  • Increase eCommerce sales and conversion rates through targeted digital campaigns

  • Develop integrated marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic into physical retail locations

  • Optimize the omnichannel customer journey from discovery to purchase

Data & Marketing Analytics

  • Build a culture of data-first decision making

  • Implement KPI dashboards to track campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and revenue impact

  • Leverage advanced analytics and customer insights to continuously refine marketing strategies

Executive Collaboration

  • Partner closely with CEO, operations, merchandising, and retail leadership

  • Align marketing strategies with company growth objectives and expansion plans

  • Serve as the voice of the customer across all areas of the business


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of luxury retail marketing experience, preferably within premium foods, specialty retail, or high-end consumer brands

  • Proven success driving growth for multi-location retail businesses and eCommerce platforms

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven campaign execution

  • Strong background in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and KPI-driven marketing strategy

  • Experience developing customer acquisition and retention strategies for premium consumer brands

  • Demonstrated ability to build marketing programs from the ground up

  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically

  • Passion for luxury food, specialty retail, and exceptional customer experiences
