The Role (Why This Matters)

This is not a maintenance Marketing Ops role.

This is a build, scale, and optimize mandate inside a high-growth global data platform and AI company redefining how businesses unify marketing, analytics, and customer engagement.

The firm is investing heavily in AI-driven go-to-market, ABM precision, and full-funnel visibility—and needs a Marketing Operations leader who can own the engine behind it all.

You will sit at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Leadership, ensuring that systems, data, and automation are directly tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.


What You’ll Own

  • HubSpot Ownership (End-to-End)
    Full ownership of the internal HubSpot instance—architecture, optimization, integrations, and scalability.
  • ABM & Lead Flow into Salesforce
    Design and optimize account-based marketing infrastructure, ensuring clean, trackable, and high-converting lead flow into Salesforce.
  • Revenue Engine Infrastructure
    Build and refine the systems that power:
    • Demand generation
    • Lifecycle marketing
    • Pipeline visibility
    • Attribution and reporting
  • AI-Driven Marketing Operations
    Implement and scale AI-enabled workflows, automation, and personalization across the funnel.
  • Data Integrity & Analytics
    Own data governance, segmentation, and reporting accuracy to drive real-time decision making.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    Partner directly with:
    • CMO
    • CRO / Sales Leadership
    • RevOps / GTM teams
      to ensure alignment across marketing systems, pipeline, and revenue performance.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Operations Director / Senior Leader within:
    • SaaS
    • AI / Data Platforms
    • Enterprise Software
  • Deep expertise in:
    • HubSpot (required)
    • Salesforce integrations
    • ABM platforms and strategy
    • Marketing automation & lifecycle management
  • Track record of:
    • Building and scaling marketing infrastructure tied to revenue
    • Driving pipeline visibility and attribution clarity
    • Implementing AI within marketing systems and workflows
  • Strong operator mindset:
    • You don’t just strategize—you build, optimize, and execute

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base plus bonus
  • Bonus: Performance-based
  • Full executive-level benefits
