We’ve been exclusively retained on a Senior Director, Global Demand Generation search for a category-leading, highly stable, low-risk firm that continues to outperform in-market. This is a true add-to-staff hire tied directly to revenue acceleration.
This is not a “campaigns” role.
This is a hands-on executive operator who knows how to identify, engage, nurture, and WIN 1:1 enterprise accounts globally.
🔥 What You’ll Own
- Full-funnel global demand generation strategy tied to pipeline + revenue growth
- Deep 1:1 and 1:few ABM execution across enterprise accounts
- Integration across digital, field marketing, lifecycle, and SDR/BDR teams
- Direct leadership and buildout of a high-performing SDR organization
- Tight alignment with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Executive Leadership
- Geo-targeted, multi-region campaigns across North America + global markets
- Attribution, reporting, and continuous optimization tied to real revenue outcomes
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 12–15+ years in B2B demand generation (enterprise focus)
- Proven track record of building pipeline in complex, high-value sales environments
- Deep expertise in ABM (1:1, 1:few), digital performance, and field marketing
- Experience leading and scaling SDR/BDR teams
- Strong command of data, analytics, and revenue attribution
- Background in global, geo-targeted marketing strategies
- A true player/coach — strategic, but willing to get hands-on
