AI Marketing Tools & Customer Experience Strategy Leader

The AI Marketing Tools & Customer Experience Strategy Leader will drive end-to-end customer engagement by designing data-driven, AI-enabled marketing programs and touchpoints across the customer lifecycle. This role will evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI-powered tools to enhance personalization, scale automation, and increase customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate blends marketing technology expertise, customer insight, and strategic thinking to build seamless customer experiences that directly support revenue growth.

  2. Develop a unified customer experience framework across channels (web, email, social, product, support).
  3. Partner with Product, Sales, and Data teams to define customer journey mapping and identify friction points.
  4. Measure experience outcomes using KPIs including NPS, CLV, retention, conversion, and engagement.
  5. Continually evaluate emerging AI technologies to strengthen customer experience innovation and competitive differentiation.
