Chief Digital Growth Officer

Chief Digital Growth Officer will lead and elevate digital marketing programs, brand presence, and revenue-driving initiatives. This leader will act as both architect and operator setting vision while rolling up their sleeves to guide execution across digital channels. The ideal candidate blends brand storytelling with data-driven performance, ensuring our MarTech stack is fully optimized to enable precise targeting, personalization, measurement, and scale. This role will shape integrated campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and long-term loyalty.

  2. Develop and execute end-to-end digital growth strategies across paid, owned, social, email, content, and web.
  3. Own performance measurement and analytics, tying digital activities directly to revenue goals and pipeline growth.
  4. Align and optimize the MarTech stack to enable segmentation, automation, attribution, and customer journey orchestration.
  5. Elevate brand presence and messaging to differentiate meaningfully in competitive markets.
  6. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to inform strategy, investment priorities, and outcomes.
