Chief Revenue Officer

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for developing, leading, and optimizing the full revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success. This leader will architect the go-to-market strategy, align teams under a unified revenue model, and drive predictable, scalable growth. The CRO will be both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with the executive team to shape market expansion, pricing, pipeline performance, and customer lifecycle results.

  3. Build forecasting models and establish KPIs to ensure predictable and measurable revenue growth
  4. Align internal teams around unified messaging, metrics, systems, and process discipline
  5. Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing revenue teams
  6. Partner with Product and Finance to influence roadmap and ensure profitability targets are met.
