Customer Success

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and skilled at identifying opportunities to expand customer value while reducing churn.

  5. Identify upsell and renewal opportunities, contributing to overall account growth and retention goals.
