Data Customer Analytics, Media Measurement & Insights Leader

The Data Customer Analytics, Media Measurement & Insights Leader is responsible for transforming customer, media, and campaign data into strategic insights that accelerate growth. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to analyze customer behavior, segmentation, media performance, and attribution models to drive smarter channel investments and improved ROI. They will lead the development of data frameworks, dashboards, and predictive models that inform targeting, personalization, and lifecycle strategies across the full customer journey.

  2. Measure media performance across digital, paid social, programmatic, search, and offline channels; deliver investment recommendations.
  3. Create dashboards, reporting, and insight deliverables that guide strategic decision-making.
  4. Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product to inform targeting, personalization, and messaging strategies.
