Head of Performance Marketing/Media

The Head of Performance Marketing/Media will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital performance channels to drive measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention. This leader owns channel planning, media mix modeling, audience segmentation, attribution strategy, and campaign performance across paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels. They will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to align performance goals with business objectives while continually testing, learning, and optimizing to scale pipeline and revenue.
