Now Recruiting: Board Member for Digital Transformation in the Pet Supply Industry

We’re on the hunt for a visionary leader with deep ecommerce pet supply industry experience—preferably with a track record in eCommerce initiatives. This is a strategic Board role, not a sales position. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO and Private Equity partners to modernize operations, improve efficiencies, and unlock untapped revenue opportunities.

This is a seat at the table, top line growth focused opportunity working directly with the CEO and current BOD members.  Past Board Advisory experience is strongly desired.  Candidates with experience in driving top line growth through each marketing channel with eCom leading the charge are strongly desired.

We are looking for candidates at the c-level coming from similar Vet, Pet Care, Agricultural Farming and Pet RX firms where they have a substantial history of growing top line revenue and driving larger SKU volumes through to purchase.

Your Impact:

• Guide long-term revenue strategies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Offer direct, high-level mentorship to the CEO.
• Participate in in-person board meetings and collaborate closely with PE partners.

We’re looking for a seasoned professional at the SVP, EVP, or C-level, ideally with expertise in veterinary marketing, pet supplies, and digital marketing. This role offers a $7,500 quarterly stipend plus paid travel.
