Compensation: $300,000–$325,000 base salary + bonus
Reporting To: EVP, Chief Marketing Officer

Our client, a global experience software management firm, is hiring a Head of Growth, Enterprise Demand Generation to lead enterprise-scale growth initiatives across performance marketing, revenue acceleration, and go-to-market alignment.
This is a senior, hands-on, player-coach role for a proven growth marketing executive who understands how to drive enterprise pipeline, bookings, and revenue through targeted, data-driven performance marketing—while working in lockstep with a large, global Sales organization.
Core Responsibilities

Own and scale enterprise demand generation and growth marketing strategy

Lead performance marketing programs supporting complex, high-ACV enterprise sales cycles

Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership to accelerate pipeline and close rates

Identify growth opportunities through deep data analysis, attribution modeling, and performance measurement

Drive experimentation, test-and-learn initiatives, and continuous optimization across channels

Serve as a strategic advisor to the EVP, CMO and CRO on growth forecasting, revenue impact, and ROI

Lead and mentor a high-performing growth and demand generation team with a hands-on execution mindset

Ideal Candidate Profile

Senior growth or demand generation leader in enterprise B2B software or SaaS

Deep expertise in enterprise performance marketing, attribution, analytics, and measurement

Proven experience supporting large, global sales teams and revenue organizations

Executive presence with a player-coach leadership style

Highly analytical, revenue-oriented, and comfortable operating deep in the numbers
