Compensation: $300,000–$325,000 base salary + bonus
Reporting To: EVP, Chief Marketing Officer
Dotted Line: Chief Revenue Officer


Executive Growth Leadership Opportunity

Our client, a global experience software management firm, is hiring a Head of Growth, Enterprise Demand Generation to lead enterprise-scale growth initiatives across performance marketing, revenue acceleration, and go-to-market alignment.

This is a senior, hands-on, player-coach role for a proven growth marketing executive who understands how to drive enterprise pipeline, bookings, and revenue through targeted, data-driven performance marketing—while working in lockstep with a large, global Sales organization.


Core Responsibilities

  • Own and scale enterprise demand generation and growth marketing strategy

  • Lead performance marketing programs supporting complex, high-ACV enterprise sales cycles

  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership to accelerate pipeline and close rates

  • Identify growth opportunities through deep data analysis, attribution modeling, and performance measurement

  • Drive experimentation, test-and-learn initiatives, and continuous optimization across channels

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the EVP, CMO and CRO on growth forecasting, revenue impact, and ROI

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth and demand generation team with a hands-on execution mindset

  • Measurable increases in enterprise pipeline, revenue contribution, and marketing-sourced bookings

  • Tight alignment between Marketing and Sales on target accounts, enterprise ABM motion, and GTM execution

  • Scalable, repeatable growth programs rooted in performance data and ROI accountability

  • A culture of collaboration, ownership, and operational excellence


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Senior growth or demand generation leader in enterprise B2B software or SaaS

  • Deep expertise in enterprise performance marketing, attribution, analytics, and measurement

  • Proven experience supporting large, global sales teams and revenue organizations

  • Executive presence with a player-coach leadership style

  • Highly analytical, revenue-oriented, and comfortable operating deep in the numbers

  • Energized by collaboration, scale, and building growth engines that last
