We’re looking for a Director of E-Commerce to take ownership of digital performance, lead generation, and online sales growth for a direct-to-consumer company in the home supply & contractor space. This hands-on role requires Shopify expertise, strong performance marketing skills, and experience optimizing paid media, social, and e-commerce channels.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a data-driven e-commerce leader who thrives in an autonomous role.

Your Role:
✅ Develop & execute e-commerce strategies to increase online lead generation & sales
✅ Optimize all digital channels (Paid Media, Social, eCommerce) for maximum performance
✅ Manage external PPC & digital agencies, ensuring ROI-driven performance
✅ Leverage data & analytics to drive conversion rate optimization, A/B testing & audience segmentation
✅ Oversee Shopify e-commerce operations and ensure a seamless customer experience
✅ Monitor & report on key e-commerce KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends & emerging technologies to enhance digital performance
✅ Present insights & strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and executive team
What You Bring:
✔ 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, with online sales growth roles
✔ Proven track record in driving online leads, sales, and conversion growth
✔ Shopify expertise – hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms
✔ Strong background in PPC, paid social, and performance marketing
✔ Experience managing a $1M+ digital marketing budget
✔ Data-driven mindset – Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and performance tracking
✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills for executive reporting
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal internal support
