The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a senior global marketing leader to take full ownership of pipeline generation, demand creation, and revenue-driving marketing performance across a complex, multi-product, multi-region organization.

This is a high-impact executive search for a leader who can build, scale, and optimize a global growth engine—bringing together ABM, demand generation, performance marketing, field marketing, and SDR functions into a single, aligned, high-performing system.

At this level, this is not a role—it’s a mandate.

You will be trusted to drive predictable pipeline, improve funnel efficiency, and align closely with Sales leadership to accelerate revenue across both mature and emerging product lines.


What You’ll Own

Global Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Full ownership of global pipeline generation, forecasting, and performance

  • Build a predictable, scalable growth engine across regions, segments, and product lines

  • Drive end-to-end funnel performance from awareness through closed business

  • Establish clear attribution models and reporting frameworks tied to revenue outcomes

  • Partner directly with Sales leadership to ensure tight GTM alignment and accountability


Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Lead multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid, organic, digital, events, and partners

  • Own performance across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, display, and emerging channels

  • Optimize CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, and ROI

  • Manage agency partners and internal teams to drive continuous performance improvement

  • Bring a data-first mindset with weekly visibility into campaign performance


Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Build and scale a global ABM strategy across enterprise accounts and vertical markets

  • Execute across 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 programs

  • Align closely with Sales and Product Marketing on ICP, segmentation, and account prioritization

  • Drive personalized, high-impact campaigns that accelerate deal velocity


Field Marketing & Global Expansion

  • Lead regional marketing programs across North America, EMEA, and LATAM

  • Drive localized campaigns, events, and account engagement strategies

  • Partner with regional sales teams on territory planning and execution


SDR Leadership & Pipeline Operations

  • Own and lead the global SDR / BDR organization

  • Drive outbound strategy, pipeline conversion, and sales-ready opportunity creation

  • Implement best-in-class playbooks, training, and performance metrics

  • Align SDR, Marketing, and Sales into a single pipeline engine


Digital & Website Performance

  • Transform the company website into a high-converting “digital front door”

  • Improve buyer journeys, content strategy, and conversion performance

  • Define scalable approaches aligned to budget, resources, and GTM priorities


AI-Driven Growth & Marketing Innovation

  • Lead adoption of AI and GenAI across demand generation, ABM, and SDR workflows

  • Implement personalization at scale, dynamic content, and predictive targeting

  • Leverage AI to improve efficiency, performance, and pipeline acceleration


What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing leadership roles

  • Proven success owning and delivering pipeline growth and revenue outcomes

  • Deep expertise across Demand Generation, ABM, Performance Marketing, and Field Marketing

  • Experience leading global, distributed teams and multi-region GTM strategies

  • Strong command of marketing analytics, attribution, and performance optimization

  • Experience aligning closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and executive leadership

  • Hands-on, player/coach leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
