Senior Director of Marketing – Manufacturing
Senior Director of Marketing – Manufacturing & Robotics
On-Site | Waltham, Massachusetts
Head of Marketing | B2B Manufacturing, Robotics & Industrial Automation
We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to serve as the Head of Marketing for a high-growth robotics and industrial automation company headquartered in Waltham, MA. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role for a senior B2B marketing executive with deep experience in manufacturing, robotics, automation, or B2B engineering equipment.
This leader will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, including brand positioning, demand generation, ABM, content, digital marketing, website ownership, and events, to position the company as a category leader in robotic automation across sortation, item picking, and trailer unload solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong product- and solutions-led mindset, ensuring the brand clearly communicates customer value, ROI, and operational impact — not just technology.
Role Overview
This is a player-coach role designed for a marketing leader who thrives in both strategy and execution. You will personally write, review, optimize, analyze, and measure marketing programs while leading and mentoring a team of 4–5 marketing professionals.
If you prefer to delegate rather than execute, this role will not be the right fit.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to drive top-of-funnel demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
