As a Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll lead the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. These campaigns will target specific products, personas, and industries to drive qualified pipeline growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development:

• Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across products, personas, and verticals.
• Leverage paid media, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and ABM platforms.
• Tailor campaigns for specific geographies and cultural nuances.

Campaign Choreography:

• Manage a global campaign calendar aligning product launches and industry initiatives.
• Oversee seamless execution across landing pages, webinars, and nurture sequences.

Performance Optimization:

• Track KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Use analytics tools to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and sales teams.
• Manage external agencies or contractors for campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience: 7+ years in demand generation or campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment.
✅ Skills: Expertise in paid media, email marketing, ABM, and content syndication.
✅ Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM tools (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau).
✅ Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to use data for decision-making and optimization.
✅ Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate across product marketing, sales, and regional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience targeting senior-level personas like VP CRM or Head of Loyalty.
• Knowledge of verticals like Retail, Media, and Travel.
