As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Media Account Director to lead enterprise client strategy across social, AI-driven media buying, and full-funnel planning.
The Role
The Media Account Director is a senior, client-facing strategic leader responsible for developing and guiding enterprise-level media strategies that integrate social platforms, AI-enabled buying, advanced measurement, and growth planning.
This role is not about hands-on execution alone—it is about owning the strategy, guiding performance architecture, and serving as a trusted advisor to sophisticated marketing organizations.
You will work closely with internal media, creative, analytics, and data teams to ensure strategies are aligned, measurable, and designed for profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise client relationships, serving as the strategic authority across paid social, AI-driven media buying, and performance planning

Architect full-funnel media strategies that connect brand, demand, commerce, and measurement

Translate business objectives into scalable, data-driven media frameworks focused on contribution margin and efficiency

Partner closely with internal teams across media, analytics, creative, and technology to ensure flawless strategy-to-execution alignment

Leverage AI-enabled tools and platform partnerships (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest) to drive innovation and performance

Guide clients through platform evolution, AI adoption, and measurement modernization

Present insights, recommendations, and performance narratives to senior-level client stakeholders

Mentor junior strategists and account team members, contributing to a highly collaborative and growth-oriented culture
Ideal Background

7–10+ years of experience in media strategy, performance marketing, or social media leadership roles

Proven experience working with enterprise-level clients, ideally within a media agency or high-growth consultancy

Deep expertise in paid social media strategy, including Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms

Hands-on experience incorporating AI-driven media buying, measurement, and optimization frameworks into strategy

Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution, and modern measurement approaches

Comfortable operating as a strategic advisor to sophisticated marketing leaders
