💰 Compensation: $200,000–$225,000 base + performance bonus (based on experience)

The Opportunity

We are exclusively retained by a high-growth, Private Equity–backed organization seeking a Vice President of Acquisition Marketing to build and scale a full-funnel, performance-driven growth engine.

This is a hands-on executive role for a sophisticated, data-driven marketing leader who has deep roots in direct response and digital performance marketing, with a proven ability to drive high-value customer acquisition in complex B2C environments.

You will work directly with the CEO and Founder and the Private Equity leadership team to architect, test, and scale a modern acquisition strategy across digital, direct, and CRM-driven channels. The goal: drive enrollments and revenue growth for a premium, high-consideration service offering (average investment ~$100K per customer) with a longer, nurture-heavy sales cycle.

This leader will also partner closely with the Enrollment and Business Development teams to align marketing, pipeline strategy, and revenue outcomes.


What You’ll Own

  • Build and execute a full-funnel acquisition strategy across digital, direct, and CRM-driven channels

  • Drive highly segmented, data-backed campaigns that convert complex B2C audiences

  • Design and optimize long-cycle, nurture-based customer journeys

  • Own performance across all acquisition channels (paid media, CRM, lifecycle, retargeting, direct, etc.)

  • Develop and scale CRM, marketing automation, and attribution systems

  • Partner with Enrollment and Business Development to align lead flow, conversion, and revenue goals

  • Lead, coach, and scale a performance team of enrollment and business development specialists

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and PE leadership, shaping enterprise growth strategy

  • Build dashboards, forecasting models, and ROI reporting tied directly to revenue


What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in B2C acquisition, performance marketing, or revenue growth leadership

  • Proven success driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through customer acquisition

  • Deep experience with direct marketing strategy, segmentation, and full-funnel performance models

  • Strong background in high-consideration, high-price-point ($50K–$100K+) customer journeys

  • Experience in education, enrollment-driven, or service-based B2C environments

  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and ROI-focused

  • Hands-on leader comfortable operating in the weeds while thinking at the enterprise level

  • Experience working with or reporting into Private Equity leadership is a strong plus

  • Global or multi-market experience is helpful

  • Phoenix-based candidates strongly preferred
