Executive Opportunity Overview

We are exclusively retained by a fast-growing, Private Equity–backed, founder-led education platform focused on scaling high-quality preschool and early childhood education organizations across multiple U.S. states.

This organization partners with families, educators, and school owners to drive enrollment growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation. With national expansion underway, they are adding a Vice President of Digital Growth & Performance Marketing to architect and scale a full-funnel, revenue-driven enrollment engine.

This is a hands-on executive leadership role for a senior growth marketer who wants true ownership of revenue, CAC, LTV, and market expansion, while working directly with the Founder, Executive Team, and Private Equity partners.

Key Responsibilities

As Vice President, Digital Growth & Performance Marketing, you will:

• Own and scale a full-funnel performance marketing strategy tied directly to enrollment, revenue, and growth targets

• Lead acquisition, lifecycle, and retention marketing across paid, organic, and performance channels

• Drive geographic market entry and expansion across Texas and nationally

• Manage, allocate, and optimize a $1M+ digital performance marketing budget

• Build a multi-location enrollment growth engine across online and offline conversion paths

• Partner directly with the Founder, Executive Leadership Team, and Private Equity stakeholders

• Develop growth forecasts, attribution models, CAC/LTV frameworks, and ROI dashboards

• Lead, coach, and scale a lean, high-performing marketing team

• Continually test, optimize, and innovate across channels, messaging, funnels, and conversion paths

Ideal Candidate Background

We are seeking a VP-level growth leader with:

• 12+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or revenue marketing leadership

• Proven success scaling multi-site, multi-market, enrollment-driven organizations

• Deep expertise across paid media, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, and attribution

• Experience in Private Equity-backed, founder-led, or high-growth environments

• Strong background in companies under ~150 FTEs where leaders build and execute

• Demonstrated full-funnel revenue ownership (not just traffic or leads)

• Passion for education, mission-driven work, and community impact

• Highly data-driven, hands-on, and collaborative leadership style
