Overview
We are a highly collaborative, Private Equity–backed organization seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead admissions and enrollment growth across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, builder role for a senior marketing executive who thrives in small, high-impact environments and enjoys working directly with the CEO and Private Equity partners to drive measurable revenue growth.
This leader will modernize the marketing technology stack, scale digital acquisition channels, and build a performance-driven enrollment engine tightly aligned to business outcomes.
A passion for aviation or piloting is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities

Own and scale admissions and enrollment marketing strategy across multiple sites

Partner directly with the CEO and Private Equity stakeholders to define and execute growth initiatives

Lead full-funnel digital marketing, including:

Paid search (Google Ads)

Paid social
-
SEO & content marketing
-
CRM, lifecycle, and marketing automation
-
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Modernize and optimize the MarTech stack, including CRM, analytics, attribution, and automation platforms

Build scalable systems to increase:

Qualified inquiries
-
Applications
-
Admissions
-
Enrollments
-

Translate data into insights tied directly to revenue growth, CAC, LTV, and enrollment yield
-
Operate as a player-coach, leading a small support team while remaining deeply hands-on

Establish dashboards, KPIs, and reporting aligned with Private Equity value-creation goals

Collaborate cross-functionally with admissions, operations, finance, and executive leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile

12–15+ years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment, or demand-driven growth marketing
-
Proven success driving multi-site enrollment growth through digital channels
-
Deep expertise in modern marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
-
Experience working closely with CEOs and Private Equity firms
-
Demonstrated ability to build marketing infrastructure from the ground up
-
Strong business acumen with marketing decisions directly tied to revenue outcomes
-
Comfortable operating in a lean, PE-backed environment
-
Highly collaborative, data-driven, and execution-oriented
-
Interest in aviation or piloting is strongly preferred ✈️
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200,000 – $220,000

Bonus: Performance-based
