Role Overview: VP Sales & Business Development

The Vice President of Sales & Business Development will own revenue growth end-to-end, serving as the senior leader responsible for:

  • New business acquisition

  • Strategic partnerships

  • Enterprise deal execution

  • Sales team build and scale

  • Go-to-market strategy

This is a hands-on, builder role for a sales executive who thrives in high-growth adtech and performance marketing environments.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Leadership

  • Own and deliver new business revenue targets

  • Personally close enterprise and strategic performance marketing deals

  • Build and scale a high-performing sales organization

  • Establish repeatable, scalable sales processes

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with brands, agencies, and performance marketing buyers

  • Expand agency partnerships and strategic channel relationships

  • Identify new verticals, use cases, and revenue opportunities

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, pricing, and packaging

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations

  • Translate platform differentiation into compelling, ROI-driven sales narratives

Sales Operations & Forecasting

  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM rigor

  • Track KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, ACV, and revenue growth

  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights


Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 10–15+ years in sales leadership

  • Proven success selling AdTech, email marketing, demand generation, or performance advertising solutions

  • Experience selling to brands, agencies, and performance marketing teams

  • Strong background in enterprise, consultative, ROI-driven sales
