VP-to-SVP, North America Performance Marketing

Reporting to the Global CMO
Global Cloud-Based Software Company | Boston, MA (Relocation Supported)

We are exclusively retained by a global cloud-based software company ($500M+ ARR) to recruit a VP, North America Performance Marketing — a highly visible, revenue-critical leadership role reporting directly to the Global CMO.

North America represents a significant percentage of total company revenue, positioning this role as one of the most impactful marketing leadership seats across the organization.

This is a senior, enterprise-level performance marketing leadership role — not a CMO position today, but with full ownership of pipeline, revenue performance, and growth strategy across the region.

We are seeking a data-driven, performance growth marketing leader with deep experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, cloud, AI, or MarTech revenue engines.


What You Will Own

  • North America performance marketing strategy across paid media, ABM, digital, web, lifecycle, and AI-driven channels
  • Marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, and conversion performance across enterprise accounts
  • Regional execution of global go-to-market (GTM) strategy in partnership with EMEA and APAC
  • Attribution modeling, Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and executive dashboards
  • Leadership of a large-scale, high-performing marketing organization
  • Innovation across AI-powered marketing, personalization, and modern MarTech stacks

What We Are Looking For

You are currently (or recently):

  • VP / Head of Performance Marketing
  • VP Demand Generation
  • North America or Global Growth Marketing Leader

Within a $500M+ ARR enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based organization, and you bring:

  • Proven leadership of large, global marketing teams (player/coach + org builder)
  • Ownership of enterprise pipeline generation, revenue growth, and performance marketing strategy
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and revenue marketing operations
  • Strong command of CAC, LTV, attribution, funnel optimization, and Salesforce-driven GTM infrastructure
  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed global enterprise environments
  • A track record of delivering measurable ROI, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact at scale

📍 North of Boston, MA

  • In-office 3 days per week required
