Lifecycle Marketing Director

The Lifecycle Marketing Director will design and execute strategies that engage customers throughout their full journey—from acquisition and onboarding through retention, upsell, and advocacy. This role leverages segmentation, customer insights, and marketing automation to deliver personalized experiences across email, in-product messaging, paid media, and other digital channels.
