Marketing Operations leader

The Marketing Operations leader will oversee the systems, processes, data, and analytics that power the entire marketing organization. This role ensures marketing programs run efficiently, reporting is accurate and actionable, and technology platforms (CRM, MAP, attribution tools) are fully optimized to drive pipeline and revenue. This leader partners closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and Finance to streamline workflows, improve performance visibility, and scale repeatable go-to-market execution.

  2. Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks.
  3. Improve lead lifecycle processes, scoring, routing, and conversion workflows.
  4. Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure alignment on pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  5. Standardize campaign execution processes to increase speed, efficiency, and data quality.
