Performance Marketing Leader

The Performance Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and executing data-driven acquisition and growth strategies across paid digital channels. This role oversees campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative testing, and optimization to drive measurable pipeline, revenue, and ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is hands-on with analytics, understands attribution and MarTech tools, and can quickly analyze performance to guide decision-making.

  5. Manage budgets, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure channel efficiency and continuous improvement.
