The Role (Why This Matters)

This is not a maintenance Marketing Ops role.

This is a Senior Manager-level, on-site build-and-scale mandate inside a high-growth global AI and data platform company.

They are investing aggressively in AI-driven go-to-market, ABM precision, and full-funnel revenue visibility—and need a Marketing Operations Manager who can own the engine behind it all.

You will sit at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Leadership, ensuring systems, data, and automation are directly tied to pipeline and revenue performance.


What You’ll Own

HubSpot Ownership (End-to-End)

  • Ownership of HubSpot: architecture, integrations, optimization, scalability

ABM & Lead Flow into Salesforce

  • Build and optimize account-based marketing infrastructure
  • Ensure clean, trackable, high-converting lead flow into Salesforce

Revenue Engine Infrastructure

You will build and refine the systems powering:

  • Demand generation
  • Lifecycle marketing
  • Pipeline visibility
  • Attribution and reporting

AI-Driven Marketing Operations

  • Implement and scale AI-enabled workflows, automation, and personalization

Data Integrity & Analytics

  • Own data governance, segmentation, and reporting accuracy
  • Enable real-time decision making tied to revenue

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner directly with:

  • CMO
  • CRO / Sales Leadership
  • RevOps / GTM teams

  • Marketing Operations Manager / Senior Manager / Director-level background
  • Experience within:
    • SaaS
    • AI / Data Platforms
    • Enterprise Software

Technical Depth

  • HubSpot (required)
  • Salesforce integrations
  • ABM platforms and strategy
  • Marketing automation & lifecycle systems

Proven Impact

  • Built and scaled marketing infrastructure tied to revenue
  • Delivered pipeline visibility and attribution clarity
  • Implemented AI within marketing systems and workflows
