Vice President, Product Marketing – InsurTech Sector

We are exclusively retained by a highly impressive, AI-driven, enterprise-focused, entrepreneurial InsurTech firm seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing to lead global product strategy and market positioning across a sophisticated, multi-product platform serving insurers at scale.

This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing leadership role for a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded Product Marketing executive who understands the complexity of the Insurance Technology landscape — and knows how to translate innovation into revenue.

What You’ll Own

🔹 Enterprise Product Marketing Strategy

  • Define and lead global product marketing strategy across a multi-product InsurTech platform
  • Develop differentiated messaging rooted in insurance buyer pain points and AI-driven value creation
  • Lead competitive intelligence, segmentation, and persona strategy
  • Drive product launches, enablement, and enterprise GTM orchestration
  • Build compelling thought leadership and sales enablement materials that convert

🔹 Customer Insights & Retention Focus

While this is a Product Marketing leadership role, customer centricity is core to the mandate.

You will be highly engaged in:

  • Customer insights and intelligence
  • Voice-of-customer integration
  • Customer-centric marketing strategy
  • Adoption, engagement, and retention strategy
  • Leveraging customer data to inform roadmap and positioning

This leader will partner closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure messaging, value articulation, and retention strategies align with enterprise client needs.

🔹 Team Leadership & Scale

  • Lead and grow a global Product Marketing function (currently 5 and expanding)
  • Establish structure, clarity, accountability, and execution rigor
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative culture across regions

🔹 Analytics & Performance

  • Define KPIs across product marketing initiatives
  • Use data to refine positioning, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI
  • Report performance insights to executive leadership

Ideal Background

We’re looking for experienced InsurTech Product Marketing leaders who bring:

  • 10+ years progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Deep expertise in Insurance Technology, AI-driven underwriting, pricing, risk analytics, or enterprise decisioning platforms
  • Proven success in enterprise GTM strategy
  • Experience scaling product marketing within multi-product, multi-national organizations
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling ability

Candidates with Insurance Tech experience located in New England or the NYC metro area are highly desired.


Compensation

💰 Target compensation: $250,000 base plus bonus
Enterprise-level leadership exposure with meaningful strategic influence.
