Senior Director, Global Demand Generation (ABM, Enterprise Growth) | Boston / NYC / Remote East Coast
We are hiring a Senior Director of Global Demand Generation to lead enterprise pipeline growth across North America and global markets. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on 1:1 and 1:few ABM, SDR alignment, and full-funnel revenue generation.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, add-to-staff leadership position with a mature, market-leading organization. You will own global demand strategy, working directly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global demand generation strategy and execution
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) across enterprise accounts
- Align closely with SDR/BDR teams to convert pipeline into revenue
- Drive data-driven marketing programs across digital, field, and lifecycle channels
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team
- Implement AI-driven marketing and attribution strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12–15+ years in B2B demand generation / growth marketing
- Proven success with enterprise ABM (1:1, 1:few)
- Experience owning pipeline, revenue, and KPIs
- Strong leadership across global, geo-targeted teams
- Deep alignment with Sales, CRO, and RevOps
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, and global environments
Location
- Greater Boston, NYC, Connecticut preferred
- East Coast candidates strongly encouraged
Compensation
- $250K–$270K base
- Bonus + Equity
