About the Opportunity

We are exclusively retained to recruit a VP of Marketing, North America for a global cloud-based software company generating over $500M in ARR.

This is one of the most revenue-critical marketing leadership roles in the organization. North America represents a significant share of total revenue, placing this leader at the center of pipeline growth, enterprise demand generation, and regional GTM execution.

This is not a brand role.
This is a performance marketing leadership role with direct revenue accountability.


What Does the VP of Marketing (North America) Do?

The VP of Marketing will own and lead:

  • North America performance marketing strategy (paid media, ABM, digital, lifecycle, web, AI-driven channels)
  • Marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise accounts
  • Regional execution of global go-to-market (GTM) strategy across NA, EMEA, and APAC
  • Attribution modeling and Salesforce-driven revenue operations
  • Executive reporting, dashboards, and funnel optimization (CAC, LTV, conversion)
  • Leadership of a large-scale, high-performing marketing team
  • Innovation across AI-powered marketing, personalization, and MarTech stack evolution
