Overview: Senior Director of Global Demand Generation (Enterprise ABM & Pipeline Growth)

We are hiring a Senior Director of Global Demand Generation to lead enterprise pipeline creation, account-based marketing (ABM), and revenue growth strategy across North America and global markets.

This is a high-impact executive marketing leadership role focused on:

  • Enterprise pipeline generation
  • 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategy
  • Revenue ownership and measurable growth
  • Sales alignment (SDR/BDR integration)

This is not a brand-awareness role.
This is a revenue-driving, pipeline-owning leadership position.


What Does a Senior Director of Demand Generation Do?

A Senior Director of Demand Generation is responsible for:

  • Building and executing global demand generation strategy
  • Driving pipeline growth, revenue contribution, and ROI
  • Leading enterprise ABM programs (1:1, 1:few)
  • Aligning closely with Sales, CRO, SDRs, and RevOps
  • Managing multi-channel marketing programs (digital, field, lifecycle)
  • Leveraging AI-driven marketing, attribution, and performance optimization

Key Responsibilities

  • Own global demand generation strategy and execution
  • Lead enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth across enterprise accounts
  • Partner with SDR/BDR teams to convert pipeline into closed revenue
  • Build and scale high-performing global demand generation teams
  • Execute data-driven marketing across digital, events, and lifecycle channels
  • Implement AI-driven marketing, attribution models, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 12–15+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline marketing
  • Proven success owning enterprise pipeline and revenue targets
  • Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) (1:1 and 1:few)
  • Experience aligning with CRO, Sales leadership, and RevOps teams
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or PE-backed companies
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and ROI
  • Strong leadership experience managing global, distributed teams
  • Experience using AI in marketing, attribution, and performance optimization
