I’m proud to announce our latest placement. Our long term Private Equity client with a group of select growth oriented middle market businesses was looking to add a senior marketing leader who will report to the CEO. We placed TWO other marketing leaders recently for other high growth firms within their portcos. So when their Managing Director and portfolio firm CEO reached out to us again to identify senior marketing talent, we dove right in. Working directly with the CEO we found a Purple Squirrel…..in fact, we found two of them who ended up in final rounds. The client is thrilled with their final decision. The entire process took us just a three weeks from contract signed to the top candidate offer signed. What a great, fun process. We’re truly excited to make matches like these for our clients & candidates.
