Our client is a cutting-edge BioTech firm based in the vibrant city of Nashville, TN, dedicated to advancing life sciences through innovative solutions. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Marketing to join their team.
Responsibilities: As the Director of Strategic Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their corporate brand and market presence. You will lead a small team of direct reports and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, omni-channel marketing strategy. The primary focus will be on the BioTech, BioPharma, and related Life Sciences sectors.
DAY-TO-DAY’s:
- Corporate Positioning: Develop and refine the corporate brand positioning to ensure a strong market presence.
- Full Funnel Marketing: Build and execute a full-funnel marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across various stages of the customer journey.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Utilize your strong cross-channel digital marketing experience to implement effective and targeted campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage segmentation strategies to tailor marketing efforts for highly targeted audiences within the BioTech-specific B2B and DTC sectors.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
ABOUT YOU:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in BioTech, BioPharma, or similar Life Sciences strategic marketing roles.
- Digital Expertise: Proven experience in cross-channel digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
- Segmentation Mastery: Expertise in audience segmentation, particularly within the BioTech-specific B2B and DTC landscapes.
